Seeking Applicants for Teaching Fellowship for Summer Arts Camp 2024 |
|
|
The Summer Arts Camp Teaching Fellowship is a paid position for early-career art educators and college students who are studying in an arts related teaching field. The program places fellows in Assistant Teacher positions in the DAC Summer Arts Camps under the guidance of experienced teaching artists and arts administrators to offer professional experience teaching children ages 5-13 in visual and performing arts areas.
The 2024 Summer Arts Camp Teaching Fellowship will run from June 10 through August 23.

Limited scholarship funding is available for youth/adult classes and School Break Camps to cover up to 50% of the tuition for those with low income (Summer Camp scholarships also available!). Elena discovers a magical book in her grandmother’s attic, The Harpsichord Diaries. Transported through five centuries, she meets eccentric talking harpsichords that bring music and history to life.
Internationally acclaimed harpsichordist Elaine Funaro teams up with her twins, professional theater director Eric Love and award-winning animator Andrea Love, to create this unique musical journey performed in this one-time, live event!
Family concerts are 1-hour long, interactive concerts, appropriate for peeps 5 years and older. The program may be too long for younger children. Sponsored by Mark and Cindy Kuhn FREE ADMISSION
