The 2023 Durham Art Walk Holiday Market – November 18th-19th Saturday: 10am-5pm Sunday: 1pm-5pm
THIS WEEKEND is the Durham Art Walk Holiday Market is a festive fine arts and crafts event that kicks off the holiday season in downtown Durham! The Holiday Market invites art lovers to experience a weekend featuring local artists, live music, world-class restaurants, and great shopping, at easily strollable venues in the Durham city center. The Holiday Market is the perfect transition from the harvest to the holidays! Free and family friendly! Find more information here.

Call for Artists: 2024 Eno Arts Mill BIPOC Residency-Application closes November 30th
The Eno Arts Mill is a community arts space that is safe, welcoming, and accessible for all people. Through intentional artist recruitment and programming, we have established a diverse group of studio artists. Currently, 46% of our studio artists identify as a member of a marginalized community and 33% identify as a person of color. The 2024 Eno Arts Mill BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, Person of Color) Artist Residency seeks to support artists of color by helping in the advancement of the arts career by providing studio and community access free for one year (January-December 2024).

Cultural Roadmap Survey Deadline Extended to November 17th! |

The City of Durham and Durham County is seeking input from all who live, work and play in Durham for the Durham Cultural Roadmap. Residents are asked to complete a brief survey on their priorities for the arts and culture in our community. The information gathered from these surveys will inform the development of the vision and goals for the new five-year cultural plan for Durham. |

Please note the following update to the DAC Mask Policy: As of November 1, 2022 – Masks are Welcome in the DAC Building but not required. We encourage you to wear a mask if you will be in close proximity (less than 6 feet) to other visitors, students, or employees. Clay Students: Students and instructors in the DAC Clay Studio are strongly encouraged to wear a mask due to clay materials and clay dust. |
