Performance Interactive Folktales told with “Sophisticated Attitude!”
GRADES: PreK-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12
When participating in Linda Gorham’s multicultural folktales and stories from popular books, be prepared for the unexpected! Linda’s engaging, interactive stories, educate and they often have surprising twists as she uses movement, humor and even zaniness.
Max Participants: 400 max per show
Duration: 45 minutes
Special Requirements:
Artist brings her own sound system and headset to move about freely during sessions. Please allow 10 feet of space from the front of the gym/stage to the first row of the audience, when possible. All groups must have a 3′ wide aisle down the middle. Please provide a table at the front of the room, a bottle of room temperature water and access to an outlet.

Performance Love Stories from Greek Mythology
GRADES: 6-8, 9-12
In this performance, Linda’s stories stay true to Greek Myths, but she includes creative twists: audience participation, unique story formats, and even a Reader’s Theater format. Sample stories: Perseus & Medusa, Orpheus & Eurydice.
Max Participants: 500
Duration: 75 minutes
Special Requirements: A gym or large room. Prefers for performance space to be along the longest wall of the room. The front of the space please provide two 4-6′ tables and eight chairs for students who are selected in advance for the Perseus story. Artist requests 3 microphones on stands to help amplify students’ voices. Artist will being her own sound system and will need access to an outlet.
