Creative Residency Applications Close April 15 |
Durham Arts Council Creative Residency Grants provide annual use of the DAC building (over 40 hours per fiscal year). Eligible activities include rehearsals, planning meetings, work sessions, office space, and presentations.
Eligible applicants include Durham County–based 501(c)(3) arts nonprofits, individual artists (up to 80 hours annually), arts administrators applying on behalf of such nonprofits, and unincorporated artist groups represented by one applicant. See full grant guidelines here.

Summer Camp Scholarships Still Available! |
Scholarships are still available for spots in some of our summer camp programs for ages 5-18! For families with creative kids in need of support, this is the perfect opportunity to make the most of their summer vacation. Apply to receive up to 75% off the tuition of up to two weeks of camp!
Spots are filling fast!
Camp scholarships are generously provided by support from the Durham Merchants Association Charitable Trust, Sheetz, and individual donors. Support scholarships for kids and adults at the DAC with a contribution to the .

The Durham Arts Council is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and local arts agency dedicated to supporting the arts in Durham and the NC Triangle Region since 1954. Each year DAC serves over 400,000 visitors and participants, over 2,000 artists, and more than 300 arts and cultural organizations through classes, workshops, events, grants, and advocacy.
