The arts councils from Chatham, Durham, Orange, and Wake Counties, in partnership with WRAL-TV, are joining forces once again to present Big Night In for the Arts. This regional fundraising initiative has raised more than $615,000 to ensure the arts and culture will continue to thrive and remain a part of what makes the Triangle a unique place to live, work, and play.

WHERE CAN I WATCH BIG NIGHT IN FOR THE ARTS?
You can watch Big Night In from the comfort of your home on WRAL or on WRAL.com. You will only have one shot to catch this hour-long broadcast, so make sure to put March 9 at 7:00 p.m. on your calendar!
**NEW** This year includes a Triangle-wide watch party! In addition to the WRAL broadcast, Big Night In sponsors at all levels will be invited to the in-person watch party beginning at 6:00 p.m. at The Mayton in Downtown Cary with a special live performance from Rissi Palmer! Sponsorships start at just $500 plus The Mayton is offering special hotel packages for sponsors to make your Big Night even more special!

The Durham Arts Council's Call for Artists for 2023-2024 is now open! If you are interested in having a show at the Durham Arts Council for the year 2023-2024, we urge you to apply. We are accepting proposals for solo, and group shows for the dates of July 2023- June 2024.

As of November 1, 2022 - Masks are Welcome in the DAC Building but not required. We encourage you to wear a mask if you will be in close proximity (less than 6 feet) to other visitors, students, or employees. Clay Students: Students and instructors in the DAC Clay Studio are strongly encouraged to wear a mask due to clay materials and clay dust. |
